This session is designed to change that.\nSauna heat and lymphatic drainage are a powerful pairing for whole-body renewal. The warmth of the sauna relaxes muscles and softens connective tissue while gently enhancing circulation. This creates an ideal foundation for the body to respond to gentle, rhythmic lymphatic massage. In this relaxed, receptive state, lymphatic massage techniques can more effectively encourage the bodies movement of fluid, helping remove cellular waste, detoxify and reduce puffiness. The result is a feeling of lightness and clarity, deep restoration,\nand a healthy, radiant glow that reflects balanced internal flow.\nTogether, heat and lymphatic therapy offer more than relaxation — they support the body’s natural rhythms, leaving you refreshed, renewed, and beautifully restored.\nWe’ll begin outside the sauna with dry brushing and salt scrubbing to activate our lymphatic system and kickstart circulation. Inside, your host will guide you through\nlymphatic self-massage techniques. Throughout, the heat will be enhanced with\ncleansing ginger and grapefruit aromatherapy via Aufguss ice balls and a cooling body mist. Detoxifying herbal teas and water will be available throughout to support the process. The session closes with a cold plunge to activate everything the heat has already set in motion.\nAll tools and brushes are provided.\n
