This is one for those.\nFlow & Fire pairs a 45-minute slow flow yoga session with 45-minutes in the sauna, a combination that makes an unusual amount of sense once you’re in it. The warmth of the sauna continues what the movement starts: loosening, settling, letting the body catch up with the day.\nYoga is led by Bee, a yoga facilitator and osteopath with a grounding, body-informed approach. The session weaves breathwork and pranayama through fluid, mindful movement, and closes with a guided meditation into savasana. No performance, no rushing.
