About Sea Scrub Sauna

Sea Scrub Sauna is a blend of shared passions, seaside nostalgia, and cultural exploration. Co-founders (and cousins) Luke and Robin grew up on the Kent coast, soaking up the classic British seaside vibes—think ice creams, sandy beaches, and of course, unpredictable weather.

Their shared love of nature took them on adventures across South America, diving into Andean rivers, and Amazonian hot springs. From there, life pulled them in different directions—living in far-flung corners of the Americas, Asia, and Europe—before settling back in the UK and Scandinavia.

It was on the Norwegian fjords, braving icy swims and embracing the warmth of the home made floating saunas, that Sea Scrub Sauna took shape: blending the best of Scandinavian sauna culture with a quintessentially British twist.
