Facilities: Bespoke wood-fired sauna with stunning sea views. Communal and outdoor changing spaces with showers. Public toilets are in the harbour building.

Very pleasant visit. Amazing location. Super friendly staff. It's a pity there is no toilet available, you do drink a lot during a sauna session after all... I've been told that usually the public toilets are in use but given that they close earlier than the sauna operation I do believe a contingency is needed. Also, the fire pit outside could be lit if it's already there....Other than that, perfect!

My partner and I had the privilege of visiting Sea Scrub Sauna for a cacao ceremony during the new moon, and it was a truly beautiful and transformative experience. We traveled all the way from the Lake District to celebrate a dear friend's birthday, and every moment was more than worth the journey.The setting was serene and calming, with a gentle atmosphere enriched by the soothing aroma of essential oils. The cacao ceremony felt like a deep and sacred ritual, and I was moved by the opportunity to pull oracle cards, which added a personal and reflective touch to end of the evening. 🔮A truly special part of the evening was when our lovely host made us all homemade hot cacao, using a blend of South American ingredients like Himalayan pink salt and cayenne pepper. It was such a nourishing and warming drink, deeply connected to the earth and the spirit of the ceremony.The evening also included a heartfelt astrology talk, where the guide shared insights on the retrograde and the new moon in Sagittarius. It was a beautiful moment of learning and connection, offering wisdom on how these energies could support our personal intentions and growth.The cold water plunge was an experience I will never forget. Though it was intense, it left me feeling incredibly alive and grounded. The combination of heat and cold is truly healing, offering profound benefits to the body, mind, and spirit.The entire evening was a gift—an experience of deep relaxation, connection, and renewal. One thing to note is that there aren’t any toilet facilities on-site, so it’s best to use the loo before you arrive. Aside from that, it was an absolutely flawless experience, and I look forward to returning for more moments of growth and healing. 🙏

We hired both Saunas for an hour for our friends hen do. It was absolutely the highlight of our weekend such a beautiful spot perfect for having a sea dip and then using the saunas. We loved it so much and would recommend to anyone.

Loved our experience at Sea Scrub Sauna.We were booked for the 8am session, it was the perfect way to start the day.Invigorating cold plunge and a great wood fired sauna.The gentleman who was looking after us was delightful and made us feel very welcome.
