Facilities: Our flagship site, and worth the wait. Right on the harbour, Folkestone brings together everything we love about Sea Scrub Sauna and turns the dial up. Two saunas, a huge cold plunge tank, a hot tub, warm showers and a cafe to settle into afterwards. This is contrast therapy done properly, with the harbour as your backdrop.

Facilities: Nordic Wood-Fired Barrel Sauna offering private, tranquil countryside views. Located on the Macknade Foodhall site, an expanding community hub. Equipped with a communal changing room, two private changing booths, wood-fired hot tub, two outdoor showers, two cold plunge barrels, two bucket showers, and a fire circle.
