Sea Scrub Sauna is looking for baristas to join our Margate team this summer. We’re a Nordic-inspired coastal wellness brand with saunas on the beach, cold plunges, and a café that people genuinely love. As the season picks up, so does everything else, and we need brilliant people behind the counter.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making great coffee, consistently
- Serving drinks and light food to our customers
- Keeping the café area clean, tidy and well stocked
- Creating a warm welcome for every person who walks up
What we’re looking for:
- Strong barista skills and confident latte art
- Comfortable serving alcohol as part of our drinks offering
- Someone who genuinely enjoys being outside, whatever the weather
- A natural with people and happy in a team
