Move through gentle heat cycles with guided breathwork and cold plunges to cleanse the body, calm the mind, and energise the spirit. Think traditional sauna infused with modern mindfulness.

Aufguss Experience
Immerse yourself in the ancient art of Aufguss — a sensory ritual where aromatic essential oils are gently wafted through the sauna using rhythmical towel movements. This meditative experience enhances the benefits of heat and deepens your connection to breath, body, and the present moment.

Seasonal Fresh Fruit Feast
