After listening to our community and reflecting on the Norwegian tradition of Friluftsliv – that deep connection with nature and time spent outdoors, regardless of the weather – we’ve created a flexible system that fits the rhythm of your life and covers you across all of our sites, Whitstable, Margate, Macknade and Folkestone.
Whether you’re chasing sunrise sessions by the sea, seeking midweek sanctuary, or making sauna a cornerstone of your wellness routine, our three tiers welcome you into our coastal community. Moreover, each membership level offers different benefits designed around how you want to experience contrast therapy.
How Our Monthly Membership Works
Sauna should fit around your life. Our credit system lets you book across all four sites, dipping in when it suits you.
Each session costs either 1 or 2 credits depending on where you go and when. Here’s a quick breakdown:
Margate & Whitstable Monday to Thursday = 1 credit Saturday and Sunday = 2 credits
Macknade Monday to Thursday all day, plus Friday until 3pm = 1 credit Saturday and Sunday 8am to 3pm = 2 credits (60 min sessions only, last session finishes at 4pm) Please note: membership credits aren’t available for Macknade’s peak-time sessions just yet. Watch this space!
Folkestone Standard sessions = 2 credits Express Sessions (45 mins) = 1 credit
Additionally, all members receive a personal referral code. Share yours with a friend to get 25% off their first month, while you save 25% on your next payment. After all, the best sauna sessions are the ones we share.
