As the new moon invites us to begin again, Tash will guide you through a grounding ritual using ceremonial cacao, crystal sound bowl, and scented oils – creating space to reconnect with what matters most. Between sauna rounds, she offers gentle reiki for those who’d like to slow down a little deeper.
