ADHD Unmasked
A sauna space where you can finally just be.
No pressure to stay quiet. No judgement if you need to chat through the entire session. No awkward apologies for arriving late or leaving early. No performing the “right” way to sauna.
This is a session designed for people with ADHD, by people who understand that sometimes the unwritten rules of social spaces can be exhausting. Here, there are no rules about how you’re supposed to show up.

What makes this different:
Come late, arrive early, or turn up exactly on time. Whatever works for you.
Talk as much or as little as feels right. Interrupt, go off on tangents, sit in comfortable silence. It’s all good.
Move around when you need to. Take breaks. Come back. The session flows around you, not the other way round.
No masking required. The whole point is that you get to drop the performance and just exist in the space however feels natural.
What to expect:
The same beautiful wood-fired sauna experience you’d find in any of our sessions, but with a group of people who get it. The heat, the cold plunge, the views across the harbour, and the relief of not having to explain yourself or moderate your natural way of being.
This is contrast therapy for your nervous system and a break for your brain from constant social calibration.
Open to anyone who feels this sounds like the kind of space they need.
