• Choice of two 90 minute sessions available: 7:00-8:30pm or 8:30-10pm

• Use of both saunas - compare the newest electric stove technology with the traditional wood fired barrel

• Guided essential oil steam sauna

• Birch whisking to finish the evening.

• Chat around the fire pit

• Float under the stars, and bob in the barrels between sauna sessions.
