Local yoga and movement teacher Hayley has worked with bodies and the holding of ritual spaces for over 15 years, believing that they are both potent and powerful tools that can create meaning and cultivate wellbeing in our lives and communities. Her practices are always invitational, trauma aware, gender and neuro affirming and consent led, upholding body agency and welcoming of all kinds of bodies at whatever stage of life you find you find yourself in.
