As the holiday season approaches, many of us Men feel the weight of expectations, the rush to deliver, and the pressure to be everything for everyone. Join us for a unique opportunity to reset and recharge.

This gathering offers space to step back from the demands of the season, reconnect with your strength, and ground yourself among like-minded men.

Through breath work, cold water and sauna, and sharing around the fire, we’ll create a space where you can release stress, share openly, and lighten the load before heading into the holidays feeling centred and resilient.

Event Structure:

* 15 Minutes – Breathwork Practice
Begin with a grounding breathwork session, providing tools to support you through the holiday season.

* Up to 60 Minutes – Cold Water & Sauna Experience
Tap into resilience and clarity with a powerful cold water and sauna experience.

* 15-20 Minutes – Tea & Chat Around the Fire
Gather around the fire for a closing circle with tea, offering a space to share openly, connect, and release any holiday stress.
