As we sit within the energy of autumn, we invite you to come gather in ceremony to focus on finding focus in your life & setting intentions to help manifest a life in balance under the new moon.

✨ After drinking a cup of ceremonial cacao, space will be held for you to connect with an intention, the therapeutic effects of sauna and cold water immersion will support you in deep relaxation.
