In this unique ceremony you will enjoy a cup of heart opening plant medicine ceremonial cacao, set intentions and raise your vibration to feel into the energy of abundance.

The fire energy of the Aries moon can help you to find your assertiveness, courage and feel empowered to take exciting opportunities coming your way.

Your space holder Sarah will guide you through breath work to gain clarity on your intentions, movement to remove any heaviness, oracle card guidance and you will enjoy the therapeutic benefits of the sauna and cold water.
