Lizi Sage is an intuitive meditation guide and empowerment coach, she weaves the primal and the wild into her gatherings.

These beautiful, connective Sound & Sauna Sessions will fuse healing frequencies of Sacred Sound, from the drum, sound bowls and gong with the grounding and healing experience of sauna and water immersions.

These events will be themed around the Primal Elements and enable you to drop deeply into your own embodiment and open your heart.
When we get out of our own way, we can step into our own primal divinity and find inner peace.

These gatherings are focused on Peace and creating a window of Ease and Tranquillity in your busy lives.

The elements are all found within this gathering. Water in the cold plunge barrels, the warming, relaxing hot tub. Fire in the sauna, Earth in the meadow surroundings and the wooden sauna, Air in our breath and carrying the sound into our bodies.
