Join sound practitioner and holistic coach, Crystal, for an intimate evening at Folkestone beach front spa. Designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin in our on-site events space with a deeply restorative sound bath with Earth Gong, 432hz Cystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes and more.
Followed by 1 hour acess to the beachfront sauna, hot tub and cold plunges to soak up the sea views.
