Then let Sammy help you unwind and recharge with a multi-sensory sauna ritual designed to soothe the body and calm the mind. Expect beautiful essential oil blends, a natural in-sauna face mask, relaxing music and plenty of heat!

Once we are feeling completely dreamy, we will end the session with hot tea and mince pies.

As this is a session with cold water, we encourage everyone to bring warm layers, towelling or changing robe, hat & gloves.
