Sea Scrub Sauna Membership Terms & Conditions

Quick Summary:

– Bronze – 4 credits/month

– Silver – 6 credits/month

– Gold – 8 credits/month + 15% discount on food, drink & retail + welcome pack

Existing members will automatically move to Bronze Membership on Wednesday 29 October 2025 and receive 4 new credits.

All memberships include access to all Sea Scrub Sauna locations, flexible booking, and a 3-month minimum sign-up period.

1. Overview

Sea Scrub Sauna offers a flexible membership system to give you the best and most inclusive experience across all our coastal sauna sites. By purchasing or using a Sea Scrub Sauna membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership Tiers

Sea Scrub Sauna offers three membership levels, each designed to provide flexibility and value across all our locations:

Bronze Membership – Includes 4 session credits per month.

Silver Membership – Includes 6 session credits per month.

Gold Membership – Includes 8 session credits per month, plus exclusive benefits:

• 15% discount on food, beverages, and products across all Sea Scrub Sauna sites.

• A Sea Scrub Sauna Welcome Pack upon joining.

3. Existing Members

All current monthly members will be automatically upgraded to Bronze Membership on Wednesday 29 October 2025. Each member will receive four (4) new session credits, regardless of how many sessions have already been used in October.

4. Minimum Commitment

All memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) months. After this period, memberships continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled according to Section 9.

5. Credits & Booking Rules

Members can view remaining session credits via their online account.
1 credit = one 60-minute off-peak session at Whitstable, Margate and Macknade.
2 credits = one 60-minute peak session or one session at Folkestone (peak or off-peak).

Members can book sessions at any Sea Scrub Sauna location by using the punch card system on the booking page and may bring one guest using one session credit.

Off-peak: Monday to Friday, until 3 pm

Peak: Friday 3 pm through Sunday

6. Membership Start Date

Memberships begin on the date of purchase, not on the first day of the month.

7. Gift Memberships

Gift memberships are available for flexible durations (e.g. 1 or 3 months). The purchaser can choose both the duration and the activation date (e.g. purchased in November, starts 1 January).

8. Referral System

Our cross-tier referral system rewards members for sharing the Sea Scrub Sauna experience: Members from any tier (Gold, Silver, or Bronze) can refer new members to any tier. Launch

campaign (November): 50% bonus for the new member (buyer) and 25% for the referrer. Standard offer: 25% / 25% split thereafter. Referral rewards apply to the first month only.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Memberships are non-refundable within the initial 3-month period. After the first three months, memberships can be cancelled at any time by providing at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing date. Unused credits expire at the end of each monthly cycle and do not roll over.

10. General Terms

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. All bookings are subject to availability. Sea Scrub Sauna reserves the right to adjust session times, prices, or terms with reasonable notice. Misuse of membership benefits may result in suspension or termination without refund.
